  • Are you clear on how you are perceived in your market place?
  • Do you know who your competition is and what separates you from them?
  • Why are you different?
  • What are you passionate about and what are your strengths, both internally and externally?
  • What are the challenges your clients/prospective clients are facing?
  • How successful are you at getting to the decision maker?
  • How comfortable are you asking for the business and closing the deal?

These are all great fertile areas to dig in and get clear on what needs to change. Coaching can get you there. Combining my coach training with my successful track record as a national and a regional sales executive has given me the ability to help guide other successful sales managers and teams to greater success and happiness.

The biggest mistake that sales/business development people make, especially if they have had no training is to immediately jump into telling what they are selling and not be interested in the person they are meeting with or finding out if there is even an interest.
